DeWolfe Engineering Associates, Inc. was first established as a sole proprietorship in 1989, and was later incorporated in July 1996. The primary goal of the firm is to provide efficient design at a fast track pace while meeting all of the clients needs. The president of the firm is Richard S. DeWolfe, P.E. He directs the civil engineering division. Mr. DeWolfe has over fourteen years of professional experience in the areas of engineering & development, permitting, site engineering, transportation engineering, and utility engineering. His professional experience is complemented by his practical experience, of eight years in the construction industry. Christopher J. Temple, P.E. manages the structural engineering division. He has over seven years of experience in civil and structural engineering including permitting, site engineering, utility engineering, wood, steel, concrete and plastics structural engineering, failure investigation, and foundation engineering. He is fluent in many computer structural analysis programs, hand calculations and CADD drafting. His design experience is complimented by three years experience in high rise construction supervision and two years experience in house construction. The firm carries professional liability insurance through CNA Victor O. Schinnerer & Company, Inc. A certificate of insurance can be furnished upon request for specific projects
